You may well think you are getting a bargain, but think again. Check and doudle check your deliveries as I received a toilet that was damaged and the driver that delivered it was itching to leave so I signed for the delivery UNCHECKED - (which in the hauliers world means "duh did not check and therefore if damaged is down to the shipper) but according to efaucets they couldn't give a stuff what happened to the goods. once they leave their warehouse it is down to the haulier (which by the way they chose). I find their support team to be so unprofessional and ignorant to exceptions and the company willing to accept any money and no responsibility. Well, thaks efaucets, I will never recommend you to anyone nor will I use you again. You have enlightened me into the dealings of a cowboy organizations. Never have I, or will I be treated in that way again......... Work it out................................................
